What We Check
Size Consistency
Products are checked against the size range confirmed for the order.
Polish & Surface
Tumbled stones are checked for overall polish, obvious chips, cracks and surface defects according to the agreed quality level.
Batch Appearance
Color, appearance and overall batch consistency are reviewed before packing.
Sorting
Pieces that do not meet the confirmed standard are separated during order preparation.
Packing & Quantity
Packing format, shipment quantity and order details are checked before dispatch.
Pre-shipment Confirmation
Product and packing details can be confirmed before shipment so both sides are working from the same specification.
